uterus avaf measures 6.2*3.5*4.5 cms ,Endometrial echo 8 mms ,no e/o fibroid , right ovary measures 2.6*1.7*1.7 cms approx. volume is 4.0cc. ,left ovary measures 2.9*2.0*1.4 cms approx. volume is 4.2cc. ,no adnexal lesion is seen , no free fluid in POD. ,

Measure and position of uterus and ovaries are normal.
Endometrium 8 mm is in the proliferative phase ,is normal.
Pouch of douglas have no liquid,is normal.
