General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The 3-4 pus cells in urine are not a cause for concern.
It can be seen normally as well.

The increased epithelial cells could be from outer genital flora if urine not collected after cleaning the genital.

So I suggest you clean your outer genital with soap and water and then collect urine.
It's advisable to investigate with fresh early morning sample.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
