What Does Excessive Sleepiness Along With Dizziness And Nausea Indicate?

My husband is stubborn and will not seek help. He sleeps all day on the weekends, falls asleep at work, has sleep apnea but does not use his machine, smokes, has dizzy spells, bouts of nausea, coughs at night, talks in his sleep, has high blood pressure that is consistently about 148/88 even with medication and his color is not good. His face always looks red to me.
