I am a 74 year old male with DM under control, a single chamber pacemaker [standby, cuts in at 50/off at 60] since 2009 and single stent in the LAD,also in 2009.I get PVCs upon exertion [evening walk] and my pulse rate monitor watch reads low values[50/55] this time and after a few minutes of rest the PVCs are gone and the watch reads 80/90.I am on Gluformin G2,Cilacar 10,Lassix 40,Clopigrel 75,Ecosprin 75,Statix F and Repace 25.

Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to HCM.
PVC, isolated, without symptoms and with any structural heart disease, are benign entities and should not be bothered about.
However if you feel you have any symptoms due to them or any symptoms due to your cardiac ailment (like shortness of breath, chest pain , vertigo, chest heaviness), you must consult your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
