What Does Fatigue, Diarrhoea And Growling Sensation Indicate?

Fatigue, Stomach growling and constant loose stool. It looks like just places flying out, I had bad gas in which I had to kinda hold back to keep from feces coming out. Once I had used the restroom the gas stopped but I had extreme stomach growling in my lower stomach. What could this be?

Stomach growling mostly because of more fatty food consuption.
Smoking and stress may cause excessive growling sound.

Lactose intolerant may cause abdominal cramps and bloting.

Irritable bowel syndrom may ruled out.
Intestinal problems like celiac disease may cause abdominal bloting feeling.

Stool examination test is helpful.
Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
