1. Please get your Vit B12, D3 and Calcium levels done. These deficiencies are very common recently. They can be corrected easily, within short time.
2. Are your blood sugar levels normal? Please get them checked.
3. Regularly check the blood pressure.
4. T3,T4,TSH levels need to be checked for
Thyroid assesment.
5. Please do some exercise, walking is a good one.
6. Frequent temperature changes in the atmosphere also cause
body pain. Please take
paracetamol 500 mg if needed.A general
myalgia or
muscle pain is common during season change.
I am sorry to advice so many tests, but you have hardly mentioned about your body check-up, which is needed for fitness. Your weight is also important.
