What Does Fecalysis Report Indicate?

i have a nine month old baby & her fecalysis test result are as follows: color - green, soft, mucus positive, blood(gross) negative, blood (occult) positive, with no ova or parasite seen, no rbc seen; wbc = 0-1/HPF. may i know what do those things mean & what shall i do?
