What Does Fever Along With Nausea And Appetite Loss Indicate?

i have had a fever, about 99 degrees, the past 3 days. It goes up and down during the day - my normal temp is 97.9. I have some nausea but have not vomited. I don t have much of an appetite. I am very tired and sleep a lot. I have a dry cough and headaches. Can you give me direction if I need to go to the doctor or just wait it out? Am I pregnant?

Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that you are having symptoms of viral fever. If I were your physician I would have given you paracetamol for fever and a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole for nausea.For dry cough you can take a cough syrup with dextromethorphan composition to supress cough. if you have any doubts of conception should get a urine pregnancy test done.I hope that answers your question.
