Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day,
There are multiple hypoechoic nodules in your thyroid. Your TSH is low as well. Are you on Thyroxine tablets? If not, then the next step is to meet an endocrinologist and arrange for a nuclear scan ( Tc uptake scan). This will pick up if any of the nodules are hyperactive or if any nodules are hypoactive ( cold nodule). If you have a cold nodule, then you will need a needle test (FNAC) from cold nodule. Noted that you have 4 cm ( 40 mm ) sized nodules. They are fairly big. Any hypoechoic nodule > 1 cm should be subjected to needle test. Please meet an endocrinologist. He will guide you
