Fibronooodular infiltrates are mostly a sequel to the past tubercular infection. The infection maybe clinical or subclinical and you may not have realised it. However if you had no past infections of tuberculosis, then you should go ahead and do a HRCT Chest to find out more about the lesion and the activity
