What Does Foamy Urine And Yellow Stool Indicate?

I m 66 with fibromyalgia, and in the last few months my urine has been very foamy. Then it became very cloudy and little grainy stuff was in the toilet bowl. About a month ago my bowel movements started being yellow, with a lot of foamy liquid, stringy mucus, and grainy settlement in the toilet bowl. Sometimes the liquid looks oily and at times has had a oranish color. What is my problem. The last 3 days there is white specks in the stool. thank you
