What Does Focal High Echoic Lesion Is Seen In The Endometrium Of The Uterus Indicate?

Hello i am a 29 years old girl, today i did an ultrasound for ovary and uterus, the results show i have a cyst in right ovary.
the think that i am afraid is a focal high echoic lesion is seen in the endometrium of the uterus.
Could u tell me what is exactly? and is it dangerous?

Hello

High echogenic lesions in endometrium may be polyps or submucosal fibroids.These are generally benign conditions and mostly managed conservatively.
However,you need clinical correlation and follow up.
Cyst in ovaries are need follow up.In most of the cases,these are begin and get resolve with time.It is important to know size of the lesions.
Tumour markers should also be done.CT scan can be done if needed.
