What Does Forcing Bowel Movement With Pain And Blood Discharge Indicate?

when i go to the bathroom in the beginning i have to strain to get the bowel movement started and when i do i hurt but as i go on its less painful but its still hard for me to get the rest of it out and after am done there is blood on the tissue and my anal area hurts after am finished can ii please get a good explanation for this and am only 25 yrs old?
