Hello and welcome,
The
ultrasound report is normal. It is not uncommon to have few small cysts in the ovaries. They do not cause pain. Minimal free fluid is also a normal finding.
If you are being investigated for pain then it is important to rule out a
pregnancy first [ it may be an ectopic pregnancy in ovary],
urinary tract infections as well as issues with intestine, infections of uterine tubes,
muscle pain or
bone pain are all reasons for groin pain. So please get a urine examination, pelvic examination [ per speculum examination] as well as x ray pelvis done to evaluate the cause.
Common cause are urine infections that can be easily controlled with antibiotics. So please do not worry.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
