What Does Gelly Discharge From Rectum Suggest?

I have a clear, gel-like substance coming from my rectum .... what is this? I had no BM for 5 days, then a hard BM on day 5, followed by an immediate urge to go to the bathroom about 2 hours later. Then this gell-like substance showed up. Problem going on for 24 hours.
