Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI) with glycosuria(glucose in urine). UTI is indicated by excessive WBC in urine and positive leukocyte esterase. RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, blood sugar fasting and postprandial, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen. You may need to take antibiotics and medicines for increased sugar level.
