What Does Green-colored Stool Indicate?

I have been experiencing green-colored stool with a boiled egg-like odor in conjunction with some allergy-related sinus drainage. Search results are pretty inconclusive, being that my symptoms are fairly general/common. Is it likely that these two things are related, or is it something to worry about? It's going on three days now.

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition and the green color stool are not related with each other green color stool could be due tot he diet taken even the odor too, second it could be due to less diet taken so eat properly and it is nothing to worry, in very rare case viral infection could be the cause of this hope this information helps.
