Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It looks like infected mucous in the nose.
Steam inhalation 15 minutes each time thrice a day will be beneficial.
If the baby is accepting feeds well , no fever and breathing is normal there seems to be no cause for concern.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
