What Does Hard Pimple On Bottom Of Testicle In A Child Indicate?

My 6 year old son just showed me a hard pimple or boil located on the bottom of his ball sack. He said it didn t hurt but I squeezed it very gently and the white head came out with blood. Looks like you can see a hole now where the puss was and it is still hard. It looks like another one might be starting higher up. What do you think this is?

Hi,

It looks like a superficial skin infection due to infection of skin appendages. you may need local antibiotic application. proper cleaning while taking bath is essential.
