What Does Hard Stool With Streaks Of Blood Indicate?

I just passed a somewhat hard stool and when I wiped there was a little bit of bright red blood on the toiler paper. I tried to pushed again and a few drops of the same color blood fell into the toilet. I then looked and my stool was partially streaked with blood

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of passing hard stools, blood streaks on stool and on toilet paper and even on pressing on the anal area.
If there is no history of pain, this is most probably be due to hemorrhoids also called as piles in common language.
These cause painless bleeding.
I would advise you the following:
Get per-rectal and proctoscopy examination so that a proper diagnosis is made.
Your Surgeon will tell you the best option of procedure depending upon the degree of your piles and his experience.
