What Does Haziness In Inner Lung Zone Mean?

hi doc, i have here the result of my PE, as per mt attending physician, haziness is seen in the inner lung zone, the heart is normal in size.Impression: pneumonitis, bilateral..can you calrify to me this finding?thanks
i am 26 years old 149.86 cm height;46.9 kgs weight

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if there is haziness detected in imaging study then this could be any thing from the lung parenchymal disease to allergic condition and these need to be correlated with the clinical condition, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
