General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your urine is having more RBC. Hence it is suggestive of hematuria condition. Rule out the underlying causes like stone, tumor mass, urethral injury, urinary tract injury, glomerulonephritis, or coagulation disorder etcetera.

Infection seems less likely because pus cells are absent. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult a urologist for examination and investigate accordingly like USG pelvis or other suitable investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
