What Does High Fever With Blood In Vomit Suggest?

My patient is so sick (4years) she has a high temperature and after while the temperature back normal ... The Doctor Gave her Zithroriv (Azithromycin) , Antipyrol (acetaminophen) , sometimes she takes Tussilet (Antitussive) .... Today she threw little bit of blood in vomit and nothing now hurt her but yesterday her billy had hurt her .... what do you think???

Hi,
Welcome to HCM forum,
If child is otherwise well and normal sensorium, High temperature and vomiting would suggest a viral illness. The blood stain in vomitus can be due to repeated vomiting and retching. Use of anti emetics is good enough to manage. I would suggest you to continue the medications prescribed by your doctor and also give plenty of fluids to drink. Make sure you have a watch on the vomitus, if blood in vomitus persists or increases, she needs to be evluated further.
