What Does High Fluids In Pancreas Mean?
I was just told to that I have high fluids in my pancreas. They told me to go on a clear liquid diet and come in for further testing. My question is what does it mean when they say I have high levels of fluids and does this mean that I have pancreatic cancer

Eventhough you have not given a detailed history of this situation , I suppose this is your abdominal echography result. Generally the presence of pancreatic liquid is expression of pancreatic inflammation. That's why you need to do further examinations, to determine the diagnosis and the cause of it.
You have to do a series of laboratory exams such as blood count, the level of the enzymes that are specific for the pancreas( amylase, lypase) the inflammation indexes levels in blood etc. This exams have to be in the nearest time you can so you can be putted under antibiotic therapy as soon as possible if needed.
Meanwhile is fundamental to keep a diet only with liquids (without sugar), meanly water, in way to reduce the pancreas work , giving him the chance to recover.
