What Does Hypoxia Along With An Elevated Eosinophil Count Mean?
41y f. Woke up Feb 5 with immediate asthma exacerbation.. 911 called . Was given steroid by intravenously at home with 3 Duo Neb's prior to transport to ER. Patient had sleep study done Jan 14 results show 1 liter of oxygen needed per night . Primary never contacted patient.. patient been complaining of lack of oxygen when sleeping more then 2 hours a night. Progressing to be worse over the past 6-8 months. Complains migraines shortness of breath confusion in thoughts s/t memory loss. Patient admitted into hospital for 24 hours also in Nov 2016. Stop smoking Nov 11, 2016. Sept 2016 Stress test done findings are normal. Sept 2016 leukocytes absolute above normal. Nov 2016 and Feb 2017 Eonisphil absolute above normal. Feb 2017 diagnosis shows Hypoxia, SIRS and eonisphil absolute above normal.. What does this mean? Glucose above 100?
Use bronchodilators, a three week course of Diethylene Carbamazepine may useful to reduce tropical eosinophilia. How much is your eosinophil count. Please repeat absolute eosinophil count and message me.
