What Does Indicate Purple Color On Tongue, Throat Pain, Chest Congestion And Cough?

Purple area...looks like webs on back left side if tongue. Other symptoms are sore painful throat, chest congestion and cough with yellow sputum. Very few nasal cold symptoms. Raspy chest started first of last week.I have a history of asthma..controlled and bronchitis once or twice a year since childhood. Sometimes I can throw these things off without antibiotics. Think I need to see Dr. I'n the AM as chills and low-grade fever started today.
Never seen this purple area before??

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have asthma and bronchitis condition.

Just you have yellow coloured sputum with low grade fever.
So it suggestive bacterial infection.It might be bronchitis or pneumonia like condition.
So chest x ray done for its diagnosis.CBC also useful.

Take amoxyclav or cefixime like Antibiotic for it.

Meanwhile avoid spicy and fatty food FP few days.

Try to avoid allergens that can lead aggravation of asthma or bronchitis.

More water.

If breathlessness increasing because of asthma and bacterial infection then nebulization may given to relieve bronchospasm.
