What Does Indicate Redness, Yellow Discharge And White Spots In Eyes?

Good day, I am a 42yr old male. I've been experiencing redness inside both my eyes. It feels as if there is sand in my eyes and I wake up with a yellow discharge. This has been going on like this for a week now, and this morning when I woke up I had a white spot in each eye. On the outside line of my cornea.
