What Does Inter Menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

i got my period 3 times in one month what does that mean . Could I be pregnant. I am unmarried . If it so abortion is the only option . I want to go for medical abortion . Is it safe to use mefipristone and misoprostal pills . Its been 5 weak when I had unprotected sex . Although I did take unwanted 72 pill under 72 hour, but may be it hadn t worked . What do you suggest.

Hi,

After taking an emergency contraceptive pill, you should have got breakthrough bleeding by 7 to 10 days. It is difficult to predict as to you could have conceived or not with intermittent spotting as the symptom.

Kindly get your urine pregnancy test done. You need to get clinically examined as well as undertake ultrasound scan. If it indicates positive, then you can get pregnancy aborted by using abortion pills, but under medical supervision.

In case pregnancy test is negative, the spotting could have been due to hormonal imbalance. Kindly consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
