Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound of your wife's pelvic organs shows presence of multiple lesions called fibroids.
Fibroids are benign tumors originating from the muscle layer (myometrium) of the uterus.
The fibroids are of variable sizes, the largest being 1.7 cm.
Fibroids are usually asymptomatic.
Symptomatic fibroids can produce menstrual irregularities.
Fibroids usually do not interfere with conceiving however, if the fibroid is bulging into the uterine cavity, it can cause difficulty in implantation.
The large size of right ovary can be due to cysts in the ovary.
However, you have not mentioned details of the right ovarian structure.
The bulky uterus can be due to fibroids.

Thanks and take care
