What Does Irritation In Rectum Mean?

hello sir my name is pramod i have a prolem fro last 4 year and i m so depress about it i need a halp i dont know what is in my rectum its always irritated i dont know its a kind of piles or what i saw lots of doctor dut nobody help me can u give me a cure for it i am in conada please tell me what to do i also used many medicine i will appreciate your hale

Hi,

If this is the itching symptoms, then it could be due to some worm infestation. Larvea might be the cause of this, some time it may cause the irritation also.

On clinical examination if the hemorrhoid and fissures being ruled out, then it could be worm infestation. If I would be the treating doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with Tab Mebendazole 100 mg once in a week for three weeks, means total three tablet need to be taken within three weeks.
