Pediatrician, Neurology 's  Response
It seems the baby seems to be having a significant neuro-cognitive delay and with what you have described, there is not much of attainment of mile stones for age; besides she has evidence of cerebellar dysfunction as well seizures. She needs extensive workup with neuro imaging (MRI brain) as well neuro metabolic consult. You need to take the baby to a Pediatric Neurologist for further opinion as well to start medications for seizures.
