What Does It Mean By Placenta Located In The Postero-fundal Wall Of Uterus?

I am 23 year old pregnant women.My last LMP was 12th may 2011.I have done an ultrasound and the report says BPD 5.15cm,FL 3.44CM,AC 14.93 CM, HC 18.11 CM and it also say that plasanta located in the postero-fundal wall of uterus and maturity grade I and cervics appear tubular with closed internal Os.pls tell me any complication in my pregancy.
