Hello,
sorry for your loss
but congratulations on the new pregnancy!
The ultrasound report seems totally OK!
So,don`t worry.
The anteverted Uterus - : a uterus can be ante- or retroverted ( meaning that it is postioned leaning forward or backwards so to say) - so this is mearly a descritpion of the position of the uterus. Most women have anteverted Uteri.
Gravid contained single gestational sac. = means pregnancy - with only one sac - meaning - no non-identical twins -
However they havent described the embryo - (cause you can still have`twins) or you just didn`t mention that.
No collection of fluid - is also normal.
So everything you describe is seems quite okay.
All the best for this pregnancy!
kind regards
JR
