What Does It Mean If The Nodules Or Tumors Have A A Hard Dark Centre ?
What does it mean if the nodules or tumors have a hard dark center? My god son is 9 and had a lump on the back right side of his neck He went for a biopsy and they removed four small tumors. Two of them had a hard black core. What could this mean? What are the chances that it could be cancer . If not cancer, what else could it be?

Not all nodes will turn up to be cancer. It can be inflammatory nodes also. I would suggest you to wait for the report rather than jumping into conclusions.
