What Does It Mean If There Is No Fluid In The Cul De Sac?
hi i just got my ultrasound results and it says i have no fluid in the cul de sac. what does it mean? i am on my 2 weeks before my period my last period was on Nov. 11 it only last for 2 days which is no normal to me cause my period normally ladt for 5 days. And its came 5 days before my expected day. am i pregnant?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Usually gestational sac will be seen by 5th week from LMP. As in your ultrasound report you have not mentioned about sac, so very unlikely to be pregnant. Reduced amount of flow in some cycles is common due to hormonal variations, not to worry. You can get urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. Cul de sac is a space behind uterus, normally no fluid or minimal fluid seen. As in your report no fluid means its a normal finding.
