What Does It Mean To Have Bulky Uterus And Unseen Fetal Pole On Sonography?

my wife is pregant by 5weeks her sonography say bulky anteverted uterus with single gestational sac sac margin regular ,gestational sac 7*5mm, yolk sac and fetal pole not seen yet . right ovary normal 2.2*1.7cms , left ovary 3*2.6 cms mormal. can you plz guide me in understanding the report . v plan to abort the child can you pls guide us

Hello, findings are suggestive of blighted ovum and thus not a good sign so repeat the sonography after 7 days and till then keep taking progesterone daily.
