What Does It Mean To Have Heavy Period While USG Shows Bulky Uterus?

I m unmarried 32yrs old.i recently done USG and it shows bulky uterus and alsi dr told that u have white fluid in ur uterus. My symptoms are heavy periods and regular white discharge.now dt prescribed me dicyclomin And lacto bacillus drug. What to du i dnt know further.is this any serious problem plz di reply.

An unmarried girl of 30+ years of age with bulky uterus is more likely to have a tumour - fibroid in the uterus. This fibroid does cause heavy menstruation also. However, heavy bleeding with fibroid is always associated with pain. Do you have pain?

Please get clarified from your Gynaecologist/Ultrasonologist whether you have any Fibroid in the uterus. If so, you may have to undergo surgical treatment. Either you can get the fibroids removed or uterus removed. Continuation of heavy bleeding is not advisable since it will lead to severe anaemia.

This white fluid in the uterus is indeed vague term. Can you please get it clarified about it and inform me through direct question?

Since you are unmarried, the chances of vaginal or uterine infection are vary low. It seems that the normal inhabitants of your vagina have increased unduly causing the increased vaginal discharge. Such discharge is not associated with itching. Dicyclomin is for controlling the inflammation in the vagina and lactobacillus for achieving the normal flora of the vagina.
