What Does It Mean When My Heart Stops Beating?

K, this is a follow up. I have a history of obesity in my family, I m 18, my grandma was diagnosed with conjestive heart failure last year also has diabetes and luckily servived to tell the tail, but it doesn t look promising for me. Also what I mean by my heart going all flippy is that it feels like it goes in my throat and comes back down a few times. I don t know if it actually stops or if it just pauses, but I do know that if I wait to caugh because I m scared because I know it s going to hurt when I do then my heart doesn t start beating again until I do finally caugh.
