What Does Itching And Small Pimples In The Anus Indicate?

I have itching inside the anus. When inserting Scheriproct or Preparation H thinking that my very small/minor piles were playing up as happens now & then, I felt a very small bump/spot, only the size of a pimple,seemingly under the skin. What could this be ?
