What Does Light Brown, Very Smelly Fat That Came Out Mean?

I work in a rehab facility. One of my patients, man 66, o/weight, presented on his right infraspinatus. a quarter-size hard swelling bump. I attempted squeezing it, but the result was negative. After I massaged the area, I squeezed again. A sort of light brown, very smelly, fat came out. After about two weeks, the area is almost flat.

Hi,

As with the history it appears this should be just a boil which usually comes up to some people due to excessive body heat. Nothing to worry about it.

If it has gone flat and no other reaction than I don't think any thing is major to worry about. As medicine is all about being going with clinical symptoms and since nothing present now then it should be ignored.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
