Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A very light bleeding after taking Duphaston can happen due to hormonal imbalance like in polycystic ovaries or severe anaemia. It is best to get a few blood tests done under the guidance of your gynecologist.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
