What Does Low Grade Fever With Sore Upper Abdomen And Irregular Bowels But An Active Child Indicate?

my granddaughter is almost 7. she has had a low grade fever on and off for a few days. plays and eats fine. says her upper tummy is kind of sore. she has urinated daily, her bowl movements aren't as often. her fever was 100 today, after ibuprofen it was 99. laying on the couch acting fine, playing a game. pale looking but not acting sick.

I usually give more importance to the activity of child, if child is playful then nothing to worry, here I would like to advise you to just keep taking the reading of body temparature every after 2 hours, instead of giving Ibuprofen better to give Acetaminophen, I think this could be a viral fever and will come aroud, take care of kid and have nice day.
