Hello,

The CT report means that the lower uterine segment and upper vagina are lobulated. Lobulation refers to multiple soft growths. Lobulations can occur due to various causes like chronic inflammation. However, clinical correlation required.

Ovarian cysts commonly found in healthy females and fluid in the endometrial cavity suggest the presence of mucus, which is also a normal finding in healthy females. Further, you need to consult your gynecologist to know the exact cause of lobulations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri
