What Does Lump Below Ear Of 7 Year Old Indicate?

i have a seven-year-old son who has a lump found below the left ear before his jawline. the lump is hard size of a regular tablet medicine.he was initially diagnosed to have primary complex but after 6 months of continuous medicine the lump is still there.what do you think this is?

Mostly it's small lymph node. If weight gain and all adequate then there is no worry. Mostly it regress itself after 8yrs.
