What Does Lump In Chest With Vomiting And Diarrhea Suggest?

I am a 24 yr male and I woke up with a bubble gum sized lump in my left side chest and I am throwing up I have severe diarrhea my stomach and my chest I feel alot of pressure and very uncomfortable I almost feel like my body is rotting from the inside out.

for lump consult your family doctor for physical examination.
for vomiting your doctor would give you domperidone +ranitidine tablet.
for loose motion tablet loperamide,ciprofloxacin +O R S mixed with mineral water,
if you feel uncomfortable your B P MAY BE LOW ,call emergency for admission.
your G P can GIVE SANINE IV ,CAN manage at home.
