My son ( 8 years of age) has a lump on under his jaw line -- about the size of a large grape. Two days ago it was about the size of a pea and we thought it was just a swollen lymph node - maybe from cold. No cold, no temp -- lump larger. Any thoughts? making doc appt tomoror w
