Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
This report means there was a defect in cartilage of that size in your knee joint. This can occur following trauma. Your surgeon has deal with this issue by chondroplasty. So after 1 month you will be off the brace. Though playing sports and running can be delayed for 3 months depending on your surgeon's opinion.
