What Does Mild Diffuse Cerebral Volume Loss Mean?

what does mild diffuse cerebral volume loss mean?? I am 34,5'2 153lbs , female just diagnosed with pineal tumor. ( pineacytoma,germ cell,pineal parachymal tumor, said cannot be sure without biopsy and where tumor is not doing one, I have had a full workup.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that the main finding in your MRI to be concerned of is the pineal tumor.
The mild diffuse cerebral volume loss, does not have any clinical significance. I would like to know your age. This finding is usually seen after a certain age and it indicates the normal brain cell loss with aging.
Anyway, I would recommend consulting with a neurosurgeon on the pineal tumor. It should be removed, followed with biopsy, in order to determine the next treatment options (radiotherapy, etc.).
