Hello
Thanks for query .Your wife was having UTI and got resolved with treatment antibiotics ,

Her IVU has revealed mild fullness of Pelvicalyceal system on Rt side .

Pelvi calyceal fullness is mainly due to uncoordinated peristaltic movements of the calyces and renal pelvis resulting into accumulation of urine in the system for a long time causing fullness of the pelvicalyceal system .

This is insignificant and does not require any treatment .
