What Does Mild Spotting And These Beta HCG Levels Indicate?

hi , I am 35, LMP - 16th Nov , Given clomid 50 mg, 27th Nov - HUCOG 5000, 29th Nov - IUI, 13th Dec - Strong positive urine pregnancy test immediately on testing, 14th Dec - mild spotting (2 drops of bright red color), 15th Dec - Beta HCG level 260; 18th Dec - Beta HCG - 205. Doc sd on phone tht it can be case of chemical pregnancy. Please advise

The hCG levels indicated here are not sufficient to support pregnancy, and what your doctor is suspecting is a possible false positive report of pregnancy, and not actual pregnancy in itself.
